By registering as a merchant and using VirtualVending, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Explicit consent will be collected during onboarding.
Merchants must provide accurate and complete business information. You are responsible for all account activity and for securing your login credentials.
Merchants agree to pay subscription fees as outlined during onboarding. Fees are billed according to the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. VirtualVending is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Merchants are responsible for their business operations, including order fulfillment, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
All VirtualVending content, logos, and software are owned by VirtualVending. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
VirtualVending strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or performance. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
VirtualVending is not responsible for third-party services or integrations, including payment processors, analytics providers, or other connected platforms.
In no event will VirtualVending or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service, including lost revenue, orders, or business opportunities. Merchants assume responsibility for their operational decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold VirtualVending harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
VirtualVending will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, network failures, or actions of third-party providers.
VirtualVending may suspend or terminate merchant accounts for violations of these Terms. Merchants may cancel their subscription according to plan terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
